Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2013

The BMO Financial Group was also choose for three other recognitions,  Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2013, Top Employers for Canadians Over 40 for 2012 and Greater Toronto's Top Employers for 2013. Provided below are reasons why BMO was chosen for these recognitions:
  • Has maintained a diverse workplace for over 20 years
  • Helps its employees to advance their careers by arranging paid internship opportunities, employees may also apply for mentoring programs or planning workshops.
  • Offers retiring assistance to the elders and can provide phased-in retirement work
  • Will provide excellent contributions to pension plans
  • The employees can apply for People Care Days, which are paid personal days off which can be used for a variety of things
  • Provides maternity and parental leaves up to 95% of salary for 6 weeks
