Organizations globally are taking the necessary steps to have a more integrated diversity in their workplace. Innovators In Diversity

                                         BMO Financial Group employee

Throughout the years, the concept of workplace diversity has steadily increased within Canada. Organizations alike strive for workplace diversity; a perfect example of such organization is the Bank of Montreal.  The BMO Financial Group has fully embraced this concept and should be recognized for its efforts to continually expand its diversity.  BMO has multiply techniques that are used to advance their efforts, two such techniques in particular are goal-setting and Canada’s Best Diversity Employers competition.
Initially, BMO has created a comprehensive system of goal settings.  Within this system, BMO can continue to reach new platforms of success in developing their diverse community.  Moreover, BMO is a proud sponsor of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers competition. This competition ranks companies based on five major employee groups (women, members of visible minorities, persons with disabilities, aboriginal peoples and sexual orientation).  In addition, this competition strengthens and encourages corporations to accept workplace diversity.
Thus, BMO can be seen as one of the best innovator of workplace diversity based on its techniques.  I personally commend BMO for its efforts and achievements. I support workplace diversity awareness and full encourage everyone to comment or provide their thoughts on this blog.
